In this development log, I recreated the landscape in World Machine then I imported into Unreal Engine project. The heightmap resolution is 8k.
Then I created a snow trail system. It works so smooth and fast. I will add some particle effects to make it more realistic.
Then I created a snow adding material and a instance for it to use it for different objects/models. It can add snow to top and bottom of the object and also It can make the object blend with the landscape so smoothly. And I can adjust the settings/properties of it very easily with the parameters of the material instance.
I created some golden parts for the gate blocks. Now, They look so nice and old.
Then I created some golden blocks for a puzzle of the gate area.
I recreated the gate. I will add some chains, symbols and inscription to it.
Then I created a stone ground material. I blended the snow material with the stone material to create a natural look. And I painted the gate area with it.
I created a Enoch statue in Zbrush then I painted it in Substance Painter. Then I added a rig in Blender and I made a pose.
Then I created a Na’amah statue in Zbrush then I painted it in Substance Painter. Then I added a rig in Blender and I made a pose.
I created a compass and radar system like Assassin’s Creed or New God of War. It shows quests, locations and enemies. I can add or remove the quests, locations and enemies .
